Our science-based innovation strategy consists of making forefront R+D studies that aim to wards the necessities of the current growing markets. We have a multidisciplinary team with experience in the business and technological industry and this helps us reduce the technological and commercial risk.

Taking into consideration that 90% of the Chilean honey is exported as a commodity and it is highly recognized because of its excelent quality in the international, mainly European, market, it is important to hightli—ght that our honeys do not compete in price nor volume with our international competitors such as China, Argentina and Mexico.

Our strategy is directed to wards adding value to Chilean honey through the identification of its unique active ingredients in order to develop high value products like New Zealand did with Manuka honey.
